MUCKI MUTZ® SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
DISPATCH
Our made-to-measure products are totally bespoke. As a consequence, we do not provide specific dispatch times for these products. Our ‘Off-the-Peg’ range of products typically dispatch the next working day (if in stock). You will be contacted when your order is ready.
DELIVERY CHARGES FOR UK CUSTOMERS
A £4.00 delivery charge is applied to all UK orders under £100. Orders in excess of £100 are delivered free of charge.
DELIVERY CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
The following charges will apply to all orders placed from outside the UK.
Standard service delivery charge for EU orders is £15.
Standard service delivery charge for rest-of-the-world orders is £20.
We will e-mail you once items are posted.
Delivery times can vary depending upon destination country so please allow up to 10 - 15 working days for receipt of your goods. Import duties are solely the responsibility of the buyer and Mucki Mutz will not be responsible for any import taxes or other charges arising from your purchase.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
We are confident that you will be delighted with any product that you purchase from us. However if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your Mucki Mutz® Dog Wear product then please contact us as soon as possible to allow us to resolve the problem with you.
If agreed by us that a refund is the only option then you can return it for a refund (minus the postage costs), provided it is within 30 days of receipt of your order being placed and is returned in an unused condition. Please note that certain fabrics are provided on a 'limited-only' basis so in these cases refunds only will be offered.
Should the item suffer a fault within the 30 day period, it will either be replaced or refunded as appropriate to the circumstances. Mucki Mutz® will cover postage any associated postage costs.
If you decide to return an item, the cost of return is your responsibility and Mucki Mutz® Dog Wear will not refund you the cost of return postage (unless otherwise agreed).
All goods must be returned to us in undamaged, unused condition so please take care to package them well.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Please use the 'Contact' Form or alternatively send us an an email to karenmorrissey@muckimutz.com and we will discuss your return. We recommend you include a short note with your name and the reason for your return or exchange. We cannot be responsible for returned goods lost in transit so please ensure that you use a reputable and tracked carrier service. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
LOST PARCELS
We are not responsible for lost parcels due to delivery address errors entered during checkout. Please ensure you double check your address details before your submit your order. The address you provide is the one that we will dispatch to. Please note that we are not responsible for parcels once they have left our care and entered the postal system. We will provide you with tracking codes and as much assistance as we can to help locate lost parcels but no action can commence until the Courier's set time-limit has elapsed from the date an order was dispatched after which time an official Lost Parcel investigation can be filed.
